COVID19 Updates

Self-Reporting Portal for COVID-19

It is vitally important that parents and caregivers inform the school if their child tests positive for COVID-19.

To help streamline this process a COVID-19 Self-reporting Form for students has been developed by Catholic Education WA (CEWA).  Parents and caregivers can now inform the school of their child's positive or negative COVID result via this link:

COVID-19 Self-Reporting Portal

The information will go directly to the Principal, prompting our COVID response.

Please do not underestimate the importance of informing the school of a positive COVID case.  Your actions will ensure the risk to others is minimised and that we do our very best to limit the spread of the virus across our community.

Free Government RATs

Free RATs for each student have now been distributed to our school.  Attached is a letter from WA Health which explains how to use the RATs.

If you do not have your box of RAT tests, please pick it up from the office.  If your child is in pre-kindy, kindy or pre-primary, these can be collected from your child's teacher.

Online Learning

Holy Spirit School is prepared for the potential of online learning that may need to occur in the instance where classes are required to quarantine for seven days due to Covid-19.

All students have been given a 'home learning book/pack' which is to remain at home.  Should the need arise for a cohort (year group) to switch from face-to-face learning to online learning, your child's teacher will let you know when the home learning book/pack is to be used.

Activities will be assigned by the teacher via the Class Seesaw app.
